Alla sua seconda settimana Super Smash Bros. Ultimate rimane ovviamente in testa alla classifica dei videogiochi più venduti in Giappone, ma il podio è occupato da due nuove importanti uscite: God Eater 3 di Bandai Namco e Judge Eyes (da poco confermato per l'occidente con il titolo Judgment) di SEGA. A spuntarla è il primo, seppur di poco. La stagione dello shopping natalizio è entrata nel vivo anche per i giapponesi e le vendite ne risentono positivamente per tutto il settore, con Nintendo Switch a farne da padrone con i suoi 14 giochi nella Top 20.
