Let's Go Pikachu e Let's Go Eevee, nella sua 2° settimana, cala a 162,467 copie ma rimane il videogioco più venduto in Giappone, davanti alle nuove uscite Battlefield V e Disaster Report 4 Plus. Rispetto all'accoglienza fredda riservatagli dai mercati occidentali, l'FPS di DICE ripete in terra nipponica il buon successo di Battlefield 1, che due anni fa debuttò con 113,081 copie vendute. Rimane dunque fuori dal podio ma con buoni numeri per un remaster Shenmue I & II, pubblicato in Giappone diversi mesi dopo l'uscita occidentale.
